Working side-by-side with leaders and their teams during pivotal moments of growth and transformation, Kristoffer develops and executes brand strategies aligned with complex change or transformational initiatives—from rebrands and repositioning to new product and service offerings—by crafting compelling narratives and effective, integrated brand marketing campaigns that strengthen brand alignment, shift brand perceptions, elevate brand experiences, and build brand meaning.

About Kristoffer
Kristoffer Poore has spent more than 15 years helping organizations find — and own — the meaning behind their brands. As VP and Head of Brand Marketing & Communications at Healthcare Experience Foundation, he brings a rare combination of creative excellence, strategic depth, and organizational change experience to one of healthcare's most human-centered missions.
Prior to HXF, Kristoffer served as Director of Global Brand Marketing & Creative Strategy at Edelman's data and intelligence division, DXI, and the world's largest privately owned communications firm.
Kristoffer has built his career at the intersection of brand strategy, creative leadership, and organizational transformation and is passionate in partnering with leaders during pivotal moments of growth to develop brand strategies aligned with complex change initiatives, from rebrands and repositioning to new offerings and organizational identity shifts.
His creative leadership has produced over 140 integrated, multi-channel campaigns — spanning web, video, print, digital, and outdoor — that have earned more than 500+ awards and recognitions, including ADDYs, TELLYs, Webbys, and the PRSA Silver Anvil, as well as publication in notable nationally-recognized industry annuals.
What drives Kristoffer is helping teams build brands that build meaning. At HXF, he's channeling that philosophy into shaping how the world understands and experiences what better healthcare can look like.

DesignXL was born out of an idea among friendly competitors who wanted to create an event specifically tailored for, to, and by creative professionals.
