Win is a Senior Healthcare Executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in hospitals and health systems, including 3 different health systems, and including nearly 20 years at the executive level with 15 years as a CEO. Win is known for driving exceptional operational results and engaging diverse stakeholders towards a common vision and is recognized for turnaround management, stakeholder engagement, physician collaboration, and achieving significant operational improvements.
Win started his career as a Radiologic Technologist and obtained his undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior and his graduate degree in Business Administration. Win is Board Certified in Healthcare Management from the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Certification in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
Win has provided operational assessments for hospitals and health systems on the West Coast and in Bermuda. Win was a small business owner and his work experience includes Director of Imaging at Sutter Tracy Hospital in Tracy California, Division Director at Mercy Medical Center in Nampa Idaho, Regional Manager of Imaging at Asante in Medford Oregon, System Vice President at Asante, CEO at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass Oregon, Chief Administrative Officer at Asante, and CEO at Asante Ashland Community Hospital and Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center.
Faith, family and fitness are important to Win and he enjoys hiking, skiing, reading and spending time his family and friends.
