Maryland Healthcare Education Institute (MHE), and Healthcare Experience Foundation (HXF) launch the HCAHPS Accelerator, an in-person educational event.

The one-day event is offered in collaboration with MHEI, and hosted in the MHEI Conference Center in Elkridge, MD. The program brings together experts from both HXF and MHEI, to offer a deep dive into the new HCAHPS survey questions and domains, what is different, how it affects your patient experience scores, if your current strategies are aligned, and what strategies your team can implement to connect HCAHPS patient experience data to leadership behaviors and organizational culture.

Who its For:

The program is designed for Executive Leaders, PX Leaders, Nurse Leaders, Physician Leaders, Quality & Safety Teams, Service Excellence Teams, and Unit-Based Leaders. The event is open to the public. MHEI members will receive a special discount.

All attendees will receive access to the HCAHPS 2.0 Excellence Guide & Workbook, as well as limited, timed access to the HCAHPS 2.0 online video course.
